Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026

This policy explains what information FGFT LLC (“FGFT”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, what we do with it, and how privacy information for our apps will be published.

In short

  • This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, no advertising and no trackers.
  • It has no forms and no accounts, and it loads nothing from other companies’ servers.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.
  • If you email us, we use your message only to reply and help you. We do not sell personal information.
  • Each app’s own data practices will be published on this page before that app is released.

1. This website

This section covers fgftllc.com, the site you are reading now.

What this website does not do

When you visit this site, we do not:

  • set cookies of our own, or use similar technologies such as tracking pixels or browser storage;
  • use analytics, advertising or tracking services of any kind;
  • load fonts, scripts, images, videos or other content from other companies’ servers (everything on the site is served from our own domain); or
  • ask you to create an account, sign in or fill in a form.

Because the site has no forms, the only way to send us information through it is to choose to email us.

Hosting by Cloudflare

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. To show you any web page, your device has to send a request to the server, and that request necessarily includes technical information such as your IP address, the page you asked for, the date and time, and details your browser sends about itself (for example, its type and your preferred language). Cloudflare processes this information to deliver the site to you and to protect it from abuse and attacks.

If Cloudflare’s security checks decide to challenge a request, Cloudflare may set its own strictly necessary security cookie (such as cf_clearance or __cf_bm) to remember that your browser passed. We do not set or use any cookies ourselves.

We do not run our own web server or keep our own visitor logs. Cloudflare’s dashboard can show us limited technical information about traffic to the site, such as how many requests it received or details of requests Cloudflare blocked as suspicious. We use that only to keep the site working and secure, never to profile visitors.

Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy, available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Emails you send us

If you email support@fgftllc.com, we receive what you choose to send: your email address, your name if it appears in your email, the content of your message, and any attachments such as screenshots.

We use your email only to read it, reply to you and help with what you asked about, for example to look into a problem you report with one of our apps. We do not add you to a mailing list, send you marketing, or use your email for advertising.

How long we keep it. We keep support emails in our mailbox so we can refer back to them if you write to us again. You can ask us to delete yours at any time, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep a particular message.

Your messages are stored with the email service provider we use to send and receive email, which processes them on our behalf. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information by email.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. We share it only:

  • with service providers that handle it on our behalf to run this site and our email, such as Cloudflare and our email provider;
  • when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid court order; or
  • when it is needed to protect the rights, safety or property of FGFT LLC, the people who use our apps, or others.

2. Our apps

FGFT LLC has not released any apps yet. Our first, a calm gem-art coloring game, is in development.

Each app will get its own section on this page describing that app’s specific data practices: what information it collects, if any; why and how that information is used; which third-party services the app relies on, if any, such as advertising or analytics providers; and the choices you have. Each app’s section will be published here before that app is released.

Until an app’s section appears on this page, this policy describes this website only.

3. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information by email, please contact us and we will delete it.

4. Your choices

You can email us at any time to ask what information we hold about you (in practice, the emails you have sent us), to correct it, or to have it deleted. We may need to confirm that a request comes from the email address concerned. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights, and we will respond to requests as those laws require.

5. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change, including when we add a section for a new app. The current version will always be on this page, with its effective date at the top. If we make a significant change to how we handle information we already hold, we will say so clearly on this page.
